Rajeev
Jetly started his career with domestic Indian Telecommunication
Major in year 1995, soon after joining, he took independent
charge to launch hitherto unknown, a new concept of
basic telephone service in national capital of India.
After successful completion of this project, he was
instrumental in launching Daewoo’s office equipments
products in Indian market, taking charge as National
Manager, during his tenure with Jiwarajika group of
companies.
During
the intervening period of more than 12 years, Rajeev
has worked with major Telecom companies of national
and international repute in various capacities, and
later on promoting his own business. He is the mentor
behind the creation of Media People Communication
Inc. (MPCI) with a vision to provide the Indian organizations
with single-stop solutions for their outsourcing needs.
Under his supervision, MPCI today has world’s
best Multi National Banking & Financial institutions,
BPOs, FMCG, Capital equipments manufacturers as its
clientele. He is the founder and Chairman of Media
People Communication.
Rajeev
has had extensive international exposure in the course
of his assignments; in countries such as Singapore,
Hong Kong, China, Australia, UK and the U.S. Rajeev
is an Electronics & Communication Engineering
graduate from Bangalore University and holds Postgraduate
degree in Sales & Marketing.

Manoj Kumar
Head - Operations
Manoj holds enriched experience in handling operations, logistics and managing multi-locational projects. Manoj has over the time developed expertise in handling logistic and operational challenges especially in complex and tricky Indian market. He also holds exceptional skills in handling Govt. legalities and processes through understanding developed over the years.
He also acted as consultant for various International brands in establishing with various Indian Govt. departments and organizations. His vast experience and understanding on Govt. supply chain norms and procedures has made him Expert in handling Govt. business and critical for BPO Hind operations, in the scenario, where Govt. consumes approx. 20% of the total production in India.
Manoj, a Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University, also holds Diploma in Foreign Trade (FTMS), New Delhi.

H. K. Singh
Creative Head
H.K. Singh holds exceptional skills in creative ideas and designing. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of creative writing and branding. During his tenure with various advertising and Promotion firms, he holds feather in his cap of creating and launching Brands and logos for various MNCs for their Indian operations.
Singh has also done campaigns for market launches of various brands through still and print media. He has experience in handling and designing exhibitions and related halls/podiums for successful marketing campaigns.
Beside this, he is highly skilled in designing brouchers target and market specific and done exclusive designing of brouchers and emails for various international brands.

Hem Pathak
Head – Technical Practice
Hem has more than 10 years of experience in technical maintenance for handling medium to large sized LAN / WAN / Workstations / Servers implementations. Beside the hardware integration, he holds software handling, implementation and bug fixing experience required for critical installations and projects.
Currently, Hem handles and train-on group of Engineers working at various projects for Digitization onsite and off site as well. His hardcore on – field experience also helps him in analyzing and arranging IT resources (in terms of manpower as well as infrastructure/items) in no time and thus value add to the timely or prior completion of the crucial projects.
Hem, a Graduate in Sciences also holds various IT Diplomas in Hardware and Software programming from New Delhi.

Y. Mallick
Analyst – Market Research & IPR
Mallick has spent more than 12 years in Marketing management and Intellectual Property Rights while working for blue chip Indian companies ranging from Glass and architectural industries. He was instrumental in starting Joint ventures with foreign companies for the two companies, with which he worked. He is also contributing editor with various Magazines and Journals on glass industry and Indian legal system.
Mallick has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing management in various capacities, research, new product and services launch and legal matters.
Y. Mallick, is a graduate in Mechanical engineering from Pune University, he earned his MBA from FMS Delhi. Besides that, he is Bachelor in Law and possess extensive knowledge on IPR and Indian Legal system / processes.

Mr. Singh has rich experience in promoting, setting up
and managing information technology companies and
his expertise spans Digitization services, Strategic
Planning, Information Management, Product Development
and Marketing.
He is the one of the key promoters and driving force
of the company’s strategic direction and marketing
focus. Under his consultant role, BPO Hind has grown
into a global digitization services and solutions
corporation.
Mr. Singh
as visiting Consultant for BPO Hind in India, His
responsibilities include management and consultancy
for large key projects and sales operations for Digitization
and sales support. He has vast experience in managing
multi-year, large to medium sized IT projects and
turnkey solutions. Himanshu has strong IT project
delivery as well as IT business development background.
He

From being a parachutist to Flying Helicopter, I’cing has exceptional experience of over 12 years in the corporate sector of handling Administration, man management and quality assurance with International BFSI companies, preceded by 20 years of a chequered carrier in the Armed Forces.
He has over the years developed expertise in providing and handling workplace development solutions. His Corporate experience extends over establishing and administering horticulture as well as in BPO, Insurance and Banking establishments. He also successfully managed business development and operations of a leading security company.

Specialist – Sourcing
Amit, specialist in procurement cycle and process for Hardware and software has hardcore more than 6 years of experience with MNCs from US AND European region. He has over the year developed expertise in procurement of IT infrastructure, Office automation products and services starting from selection of right product / vendor, negotiations and payment follow-ups resulting in an efficient vendor management process across India.
